Each year around 2,500 conferences and meetings take place in Geneva, attended by approximately 200,000 delegates and experts, including around 4.500 heads of States and Governments, ministers and other dignitaries.

The International Conference Centre Geneva (CICG) is located close to the Place des Nations, the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) and most international organizations. It is available free of charge to international organizations wishing to use it for their conferences.
The CICG can accommodate up to 2,200 people in rooms of varying sizes and configurations, all with the latest technical equipment.
The Varembé Conference Centre (CCV) is located just steps from the CICG. It can accommodate conferences of 15 to 200 people and can be used independently or in conjunction with the CICG. Its rooms have high ceilings and ample natural lighting. Offices, a dining room and multipurpose spaces complement the available facilities.
The Palexpo conference centre can accommodate up to 11,000 delegates. It offers 31 rooms with a capacity ranging from 80 to 3,600 seats. It also includes seven exhibition halls and hosts international fairs such as the yearly International Motor Show.
Conveniently located at a mere ten minute walk from the airport, the Palexpo conference centre is also easily accessible from the international district and the city centre by public transit.
The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) has a capacity of 9,700 seats, including the Assembly Hall with 1,800 seats, the Council Chamber with 400 seats and 34 conference halls.
The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) conference centre has a hosting capacity of 455 seats in three conference rooms with the latest equipment: booths for the simultaneous use of eight working languages, access to advanced audio-visual tools and WIFI or cable internet.
The Maison de la paix Meeting Centre’s strategic location within International Geneva makes it the ideal home for general assemblies, expert seminars, arbitration hearings and diplomatic negotiations.
